Eiserman Walking Path

This 10,000 square foot walking path was completed in the fall of 2021 and is made up of approximately 3,000 recycled tire materials, giving new life to scrap tire that would have been destined for the landfill. The top 1.5  inches of the trail is a permeable surface that utilizes rubber from recycled tires supplied locally by Prime Trucking company.   The walking surface remains dry for those using the path while filtering the water below the path's surface that flows into Lake Taneycomo. This water quality friendly walking trail project is a part of the Taneycomo Watershed Management Planning and Demonstration project and was funded, in part, with grants from Missouri State University, the Department of Natural Resources, and White River Valley Electric.

The porous pave walking path is a 1/4 mile loop located at Eiserman Park next to the Community Center at 201 Compton Drive Branson, MO 65616.
