The Planning Commission typically meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Branson City Hall. You can find the agenda, on the City's website a few days before each meeting by clicking on Agendas & Minutes below. The meetings are streamed LIVE and can be replayed anytime by going to the link below, or at www.bransonmo.gov/livestream. The Planning Commission reports on any and all proposed changes in the zoning code and to zoning districts, reviews all proposed subdivisions of land, and recommends plans and physical improvement programs for the City. The Commission additionally reviews special use permit requests for their potential impacts on surrounding properties and they overall insure any proposed development within each zoning district protects the integrity of that district.
