One Week Until the Branson ReZone Open House at City Hall Monday, April 17

Branson, MO (April 11, 2017) – The City of Branson Planning & Development Department invites residents and businesses to its ReZone Open House event on Monday, April 17 from 1:00-4:00PM at Branson City Hall.

When the revised zoning code for the City of Branson became effective on February 1, 2017, it introduced 13 new zoning districts to provide guidance where certain land uses and development patterns can and cannot occur within the community.

The Planning & Development team prepared a draft zoning map based on the Community Plan 2030’s Preferred Land Use Map, the existing city zoning map, current land uses and the adopted use lists with dimensional standards. Residents and businesses are now invited to review the draft zoning map and provide feedback prior to finalization.

Further details may be found at the 2017 ReZone website at: http://bransonmo.gov/605/Branson-ReZone-2017

Make plans to attend the Branson ReZone Open House on Monday, April 17 from 1:00-4:00PM to ask questions and share feedback about the proposed draft zoning map.

For more information, contact City of Branson Planning & Development at (417) 337-8549.
