MEDIA RELEASE
Highway 76 Traffic Reduces to One Lane at Titanic Museum Beginning Monday February 27 Thru Friday March 3
Branson, MO (February 23, 2017) – The City of Branson will reduce traffic on West Highway 76 to one lane in front the Titanic Museum beginning Monday, February 27 through Friday, March 3, weather permitting. As part of the 76 Revitalization Project, the City will be installing a new waterline and underground utility conduits across Highway 76 in this area.
City of Branson flagmen will be placed at the east and west sides of the construction zone in the 3200 and 3300 blocks of Highway76 to safely direct motorists and control traffic flow through one lane in that area. This narrowing to one lane of traffic at the Titanic will take place only during daylight hours, reopening to two lanes at night. Visitors to the Titanic Museum can access the attraction from Gretna Road during the 76 construction.
The City of Branson extends its sincerest gratitude to the community and to Highway 76 stakeholders for supporting our work to move #BransonForward!
