[ARCHIVED] Progress along Branson's Hwy 76 to affect water service and close Francis St on Monday 1/30

Hwy 76 Jan 30

The City of Branson will close Francis Street between Sheryl St. & Hwy 76 from 7:00AM-4:30PM on Monday, January 30 while a water connection is performed on Francis Street.

Traffic will be detoured from Francis to Ellen St, and water service will be interrupted to customers in the following zone:

  • East boundary:  Presley's Theater
  • West boundary:  Hwy 76/165 intersection
  • North boundary: Hwy 76
  • South boundary: Judy Street

This work will be completed between the hours of 7AM-4:30PM, so businesses and residents in this area should anticipate water service interruption, and make plans to reroute thru traffic via Ellen Street.

Branson Utilities personnel will be distributing door hangers for those businesses and residences that will be impacted by this progress.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and wish to extend our sincerest gratitude to the community and to Hwy 76 stakeholders for supporting our work to move #BransonForward!
