BRANSON, Mo – The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will have a discussion on panhandling and homelessness within the City of Branson at the regularly scheduled Study Session at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Branson City Hall.

The discussion was requested by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and will center on the details related to these issues, mitigation efforts and community resources available.

Study Sessions are for the Board to hear topics that need more clarification or discussion. While these meetings are open to the public and streamed live on the City’s website, BransonMo.Gov/Livestream, no votes are taken and no public comment is heard.

As a reminder, after Thursday’s Study Session, the dates and times of future Study Sessions have been moved to the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. These will precede the regular Board of Aldermen meetings which start at 6:00 p.m.

Agendas for each of these meetings can also be found on the City’s website under the “Agendas & Minutes” section. Agendas are generally posted a few days before each meeting. All City Board of Aldermen, City Committee meetings, times and locations, can be found on the front page of the City’s website, BransonMo.Gov under the “All Meetings” calendar feature.
