Branson AquaPlex
The 12,250 sq ft aquatic park sits adjacent to the Branson RecPlex and features a zero-depth leisure pool with several play structures and a splash specifically designed for young children.  Other features include six lanes for lap swimming and competition and a diving well.  A basketball goal and two large water slides complete the pool amenities.  A large deck area offers tables, lounge chairs, and shade structures.   

 

AquaPlex Center Guidelines

Please enjoy our facility. Parent please remember, there is absolutely NO safe substitute for close parental supervision. Our lifeguards are there to enforce pool rules and to respond to emergencies. You are responsible for your children!

1)

No carry in food, coolers, glass products or chewing gum allowed.

2)

ONLY COAST GUARD APPROVED JACKETS WILL BE PERMITTED. NO FLOTATION devices such as “floaties,” inner tubes, etc. will be permitted in the pool.
3) Children under 9 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 16 years or older.
4) Swim Diapers are required for all children age 2 and under and for all other non-toilet trained children. Swimmers not wearing diapers will be asked to exit the swimming area until a swim diaper is part of their attire. Swim diapers are available for sale at the concession.
5) Change diapers in designated changing stations located in the Family, Women’s, or Men’s Locker rooms. All patrons must use the restroom facilities.
6) Children unable to swim must be accompanied in the pool by an adult, who must be within arm’s reach, providing touch supervision at all times.
7) Parents please note that in order for your children to be allowed in the diving well, all children MUST pass a swimming test conducted by the lifeguard staff. Children who are non-swimmers WILL NOT be permitted in the diving well at any time.
8) Children under 48” in height are not permitted to use the large water slides.
9) Smoking or use of tobacco products is not permitted within this facility.

Locker Rooms/Family Changing Room
Locker rooms are provided for your convenience. Just bring your own lock to use the lockers. Lockers cannot be left locked over night. The Branson Parks & Recreation Department is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Youth who are 5 years of age or older must use the appropriate locker room and must have adult supervision. A Family Changing room is available for parents to use as an alternative.

Group Rate During Open Swim
Youth Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a group rate of $2.50 per youth during all scheduled open swim times. Groups must call the park office at lease one week in advance in order to receive group rates. A group contact needs to be set up prior to your first visit. We will not honor group rates at the admission gate. All groups are required to be adequately supervised.

Birthday Parties
Have you Birthday party at the Pool. Cost is $65 during open swim hours. Includes admission for ten swimmers, private party area for 90 minutes, drinks, plates, cups, forks. Parties are responsible for their own cake and ice cream.

Private Party Rental
Why not rent the aquatic center for a special party or group? Private Rental of the pool is available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 pm until 9:00pm for $100/hour for up to 50 people and $130/hour for over 50 people. Please call at least 2 weeks prior to preferred date.

Aquatic Job Opportunities
The Branson Parks & Recreation is seeking individuals to join the Aquatic staff. Opportunities exist for instructors and lifeguards. Please call the park office for more details.

Poor Weather
The pool must close whenever lightning threatens. In the event of a threatening rainstorm, a decision on whether to cancel classes will be made 30 minutes before class time. If weather develops during pool hours and a decision is made to close the pool for the rest of the day (at the discretion of the pool manager), a rain check will be issued to patrons who have been at the pool 2 hours or less. The rain check will be good until the end of the season.
