Branson City Clerk Elected President of MoCCFOA

Lisa Westfall sworn in as MoCCFOA President

The City of Branson is proud to announce City Clerk, Lisa Westfall has been elected the President of the Missouri City Clerks and Finance Officers Association (MoCCFOA), a professional organization made up of over 550 members from across the State of Missouri. Westfall was officially sworn in at the MoCCFOA’s annual awards banquet held in Columbia on March 13, 2019.

Westfall has served the City of Branson for nearly 30 years and held many roles. She was once the deputy city clerk, interim City Administrator and currently is the Director of the City Clerk and Municipal Court Department and also serves as the Court Administrator.

“It’s with great pride and honor that I’ve been chosen to lead MoCCFOA as President for the upcoming year. It’s my pleasure to serve the citizens of the City of Branson and I appreciate everyone’s support.”

Westfall was awarded MoCCFOA’s Outstanding City Clerk in 2016. She has earned the prestigious certification of Master Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and is a certified Missouri Professional City Clerk.

“Lisa Westfall is an inspiring person and leader. We are proud of this prestigious accomplishment and are happy to see her being recognized by her peers. It is indicative of her dedication to the City of Branson and confirms the high caliber, quality people we have at City Hall, serving our residents and our community,” said Branson City Administrator Stan Dobbins.

The MoCCFOA was founded in 1951 to promote the City Clerk profession throughout Missouri. Its purpose is to promote the general welfare of the municipalities and to strive toward ever-improving administrative techniques used in the operation of municipal governments.
